What happens if my outbound flight is delayed or cancelled?

If your departure/arrival of the ship is delayed or canceled, and there are less than 24 hours before the date and time of transfer, please contact the transport company at the phone numbers specified in your transfer voucher.

The transport company tracks the flight. However, information about flight delays at the arrival airport may not correspond to the actual flight delay.  

In addition, if your flight involves a connection and the first departure is delayed or canceled, thus creating a delay in arrival at the destination where the transfer is booked, in all cases, you should provide new information so that the Agency can re-plan the delivery of transport. Some destinations may have night fares, and if you arrive during the period of these fares, you will have to pay an additional fee. If you do not notify the transport company of a change in your flight schedule, transport may be provided at the time specified in the booking. In this case Intui.travel cannot be considered responsible and does not return the money.

If your flight itinerary changes for any reason, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the transfer, change the pick-up time and pick you up from the originally planned airport.

IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE NOTIFICATION OF A FLIGHT CHANGE ARRIVES TOO LATE TO WARN THE TRANSFER DRIVER NOT TO LEAVE FOR THE AIRPORT OR NOT TO WAIT FOR THE FLIGHT TO ARRIVE AT THE ORIGINALLY STATED BOARDING TIME, YOU MAY NEED TO ORDER ANOTHER TAXI AND INCUR ADDITIONAL COSTS ON THE SPOT. 

ALL ORDERS FOR SHUTTLE BUSES FROM THE RESORT TO THE SPECIFIED AIRPORT MUST CHECK THE BOARDING TIME WITH THE CARRIER AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE FROM THE RESORT. YOU MUST CLARIFY THE PICK-UP TIME BY THE WAY SPECIFIED IN YOUR VOUCHER.  IF YOU DO NOT DO SO, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR ADDITIONAL EXPENSES INCURRED BY YOU.
