What happens if my outbound flight is delayed or cancelled?

The carrier company tracks the flight. However, information about flight delays at the airport of arrival may not meet the actual flight delay.

If your outbound flight is delayed or cancelled please call the supplier. His number is shown on the booking voucher. 

The supplier will give you the instructions and reschedule your transport if possible. If the flight is delayed and arriving at night is not possible that the price may increase due to the night charges. If you will not contact the supplier about your new flight time your transport will be provided based on original flight details. In that case, if you do not show up at the original date&time, the supplier cannot be held responsible and no refund will be given.
