May i indicate my own pickup time for a shuttle transfer from the hotel to the Airport?

No, it is not possible. When booking a group transfer - the shuttle bus for the return transfer, it is not possible to indicate your own pickup time.  

You should follow the instruction in your voucher, and as a rule, you should request your pickup time for the shuttle by contacting the transport company by phone indicated in your voucher a couple of days prior.

We draw your attention to the fact that during a group transfer by the shuttle bus to the airport, it is not possible for a client to change the pick-up time, since the carrier company plans a route along the chain of hotels the day before for 24-48 hours, including all passengers.

You need to specify your pick-up time by following the instructions on the voucher and be at the pick-up place at least 15 minutes before the time of departure.

Information about the pick-up time is outside the Intui.travel system as providing a transfer service and the allocation of the time for passengers to board the shuttle is entirely within the competence of the transport company.

Only the carrier company, not Intui, knows the time of pick-up on the shuttle for each passenger.
