How to clarify the pick-up time for a shuttle bus for the transfer to the airport?

If you booked a shuttle bus, then for the return trip, you must check out your pick-up time according to the instruction from your voucher, most often 48 hours in advance by calling the phone numbers specified in the voucher. 

Attention! Approximately 1-2 days in advance, you MUST ask time for the exact shuttle bus pick-up time, as the time in the voucher is not exact, and can differ by multiple hours.
