The Shuttle bus usually drops the passengers directly near the hotels. Carriers which provide the service, try to deliver directly “to the entrance”. However, in certain circumstances, such as road closures, pedestrian area in front of the hotel and etc. it's not always possible. In this case, the drop-off will take place in the closest place possible to the hotel.
Shuttle buses do not transfer to private addresses or apartments.
If the destination is a private address, then you can book a Shuttle bus to a nearby hotel, and then walk to your address from there.
To do this, at the time of booking will need to specify the name and full address of this hotel.
