Cancellation of the Transfer orders can be made directly online in your Personal Account at any time, before the first date of the ordered transfer. Cancellation with a refund is possible within the allowed period before the first date of the booked transfer.
The period of free-of-charge cancellation is indicated on the list of offers near the vehicle, at the step of filling in the booking details, and at the Personal Account of the client (or agent).
The transfer’s first date is the nearest date in the booking. For example, if you booked a return (there and back) transfer, it means the transfer’s first date will be the date for a transfer from the airport.
It is impossible to cancel only one of the segments in the booking in a 2-way transfer order!
If you need to change your date or time, contact phone number, and flight details – you do not have to cancel the booking. You can make changes yourself in your Personal Account.
After the Carrier company accepts and confirms your changes, a new voucher will be sent to your email address.
You can check transfer cancellation conditions during booking, they will be also available on your Personal Account on Intui.travel website.
