How and when can i edit the pick-up time?

You can change your pickup time online, in fact, everything can be edited in your Personal Account.

You can make amendments if there are more than 24 hours left until the transfer:

Introduce necessary changes and click "Confirm/Send changes".
After the transport-company checks and accepts your changes an updated voucher will be sent to your email.
 

And if there are less than 24 hours left?
 In this case, you have to immediately call the transfer company, in the country where you will use the transfer service. Phone numbers are in your voucher. When calling there, specify your surname and voucher number.

Example of transfer voucher:

If you do not inform the transfer company about changes, the transfer will be given based on the original information. In this case, Intui.travel transfer is not responsible and the transfer will not be refunded.
