Will the driver drop me off and pick me up exactly at my address?

Private transfers: suppliers seek to ensure the “door to door” delivery. On some occasions, they are not able to drive directly to the hotel (due to road closures or any other restrictions). In that case, they will drop you off at the closest accessible point to your place of stay.  

Shuttle transfers: suppliers seek to ensure the “door to door” delivery to hotels. On some occasions, they may not be able to drive directly to the hotel (due to road closures or any other restrictions). In both cases, they will drop you off at the closest accessible point to your place of stay.

Also please note that the shuttle transfers are not able to drive to private addresses (villas, apartments etc.). However, they can drop you off at the nearest hotel.
