Account is created automatically when you make booking and it assigned with your email.
Please check that you indicated correctly your email while booking the transfer. Maybe you made a typo in your email address, and now your order is located in another personal account that was created for an email with the typo.
Maybe you created your order for one email, but you logged into your personal account using another email.
In this case you should send a letter to email@example.com and indicate your Order ID or the cost of the fulfilled transaction, the date of the transaction and the payer's name. We will find your order and correct the email - the order will now appear in your personal account.
