Why may the carrier company refuse providing a transfer?

Carrier company may refuse to provide transfer service in following cases:

1. At the moment of booking:

The client refuses to fill the information in English language or enters false details: card number, name, last name & etc.

2. Before the execution of already booked order:

The customer has provided non-existent flight number, pick-up/drop-off address. If the customer does not provide the information upon the request of Carrier company in order to provide transfer service, the order may be canceled or not going to be provided.


3. At the time of (during) execution:

The details that client indicated in the booking does not correspond to real ones:  flight number / date&time / address / number of passengers / luggage.
