Policy on inappropriate/drunken behavior and abusive language

The suppliers have the right to refuse service to any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if the passenger’s behavior and/or language is found to be abusive and could cause a threat or offense to the driver and other passengers or damage to the vehicle.

If the transfer is not provided due to one (or multiple) of reasons above, it will not be refunded.
